Order Your Wood Shavings Now!

Claire Ewald is putting together the order for a truckload of wood shavings.

Delivery and the "offloading bee" will be early on Sunday morning, October 16. The final price won't be set until we see how fuel prices go, but it won't be less than three dollars a sack.

Get your order in as soon as possible by calling Claire at 496-5033.

2nd Annual Homecoming Horse Show

The MRRDC is proud to announce the Second Annual Homecoming Horse Show. Classes will include categories for all ages, riding styles, and breeds, with an emphasis on safety and fun. All classes are open for all breeds and disciplines.

New this year are Championships offered in several divisions. To qualify for championship, riders must compete in each divisional class, and child and teen contestants must write a one-page essay.

Judging will be done by Tyler Kohler of Stowe and Waitsfield and by James Hastie of Cazenovia, N.Y. Their deep experience covers a multitude of equine disciplines.

Entries may be submitted in advance or on the day of the show.
